Shipping policy

We are based in Vancouver BC, Canada but ship all over the world.

Orders will ship in 1-2 business days. Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped.

Due to rising fuel and courier costs, we have to charge a small shipping fee depending on your order value.

• Orders with a total value of less than $100 CAD will have a flat rate shipping fee of $15 CAD.
• Orders with a total value of between $100 - $250 CAD will have a flat rate shipping fee of $20 CAD.
• Orders with a total value of over $250 CAD will get free shipping.  Free shipping does not mean free from tariff/custom/brokerage charges.

Shipping to the United States

Important Tariff & Brokerage Fee Disclaimer (U.S. Orders)

All shipments from Canada to the United States may incur import duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees. These costs are determined solely by U.S. Customs and the shipping carrier, and we have no ability to predict, influence, or absorb them. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon or prior to delivery. 

If a shipment is refused because of duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees, we reserve the right to deduct all shipping and return costs from any refund.

Shipping to the Rest of World

All orders will be subject to a flat $100 shipping fee.

Because we are shipping from Canada, your order may be subject to import/customs charges when it arrives. These could include duty, tax, or carrier fees, and are set by your own government customs. Unfortunately, we can’t pre-pay or estimate these costs. The customer is responsible for paying any such fees at delivery.
